bought a Chromebook 14 on 5/2/2018 worked for a month then the screen went unresponsive, when I went to enter warranty I find that it showed returned to Best Buy on 4/19/2018 for a unresponsive screen and it was OUT OF WARRANTY,After almost a month of fighting I got the approval to mail. wrapped it in a sleeve, 3 wraps of bubble wrap, duct tape to hold in place and stuffed with paper.I shipped and made sure to obtaine obtain a signature upon arrival. Then 3 days later I get an email stating laptop was broken nothing they could do and would ship the piece of ***** back. I called and NO ONE has helped, send me to a manager and was told there was no manager available even with documents and pictures. BUYER BEWARE!! NEVER AGAIN will I buy Acer anything.

Sounds like it was Best Buy that screwed you over, selling a machine they'd had returned to them.

You should have consumer protections and rights, but the specifics depend upon where you live.  In the UK, there is the Sale of Goods Act, Consumer Rights Act and EU rules like Consumer Contracts Regulations.  You must have similar rights and protections in your country too.

I'm sorry that you're having issues with your laptop.  Unfortunately Acer community is not a direct portal to Customer service, Acer employees may read the various topics posted here and you will notice that some Acer moderators may interact with members when appropriate. (case by case basis).
But primarily the community is a place where members can exchange their own advice, ideas, articles with knowledge and troubleshooting techniques etc. The Acer community is not design for direct customer support consultation, or complaints.
You can also send a private message to Acer-Manny with the serial number of your device so that the concerned team can check the case notes and help you address your concerns. https://community.acer.com/en/messages/add/Acer-Manny
