How about SSD upgrade for Aspire 1644WLMi or is it too old?

My guess is that the 1644 is too old to take any SSD upgrade, but someone might prove me wrong!
So, I'm very comfortable with old hardware and my trusty 1644 likes running Ubuntu, if a little more slowly than I'm use to.
Spec. is Pentium M 760 processor, 1GB DDR2, 100GB HDD.
That HDD is a Toshiba MK1031GAS.
If I could find a compatible SSD, I would give the upgrade a try.
Any help gratefully received.

This model is too old to take an SSD. Also, now that Microsoft support has ended, no upgrades to WinXP itself will be available. That makes it more important than ever that supporting applications that help keep the operating system secure be kept up to date
    Total storage capacity 100 GB
    Hard drive interface Ultra-ATA/100
    Hard drive speed 4200 RPM
