Need help with BIOS update

Hi everyone

It's my first time on here could you help me, please?

I have an Aspire GX 281 desktop 

my bios version is RO1-A1 i wanna update to RO1-A4 so i can enable virtualization, cuz on my current bios i am unable to find it.

i downloaded the A4 file but when i open it i get 4 folders, Appendix, EFI, ROM and WIN wich do i use?

    Download R01-A4 from Acer's website.  Unzip/extract it.  Follow the 9 steps in the Win Flash Utility SOP instructions that are located in the Appendix folder.
