I have an Acer Aspire e15 576G-5762, purchased Dec. 14, 2017. It's for home use and was well taken care of.
My motherboard stopped working yesterday, I tested to see if it wasn't just my power and the battery and power supply is still good but no activity.
So with the mobo dead and nothing done to it that was out of normal use, does warranty cover it?

    Hi,
    If the unit is still under warranty than i guess it should be covered but i would request you to go through the warranty information, so that you can call ACER support to help

    Okay, contacting them. Thank you!
  • You can instead try the following:
    a) turn the notebook and find the hole that rests the battery; press this hole for five seconds and then leave the notebook off for five minutes;

    b) if this does not work out, it may be because the power interrupter button should not be pressed down; To fix this, put some layers of electrical tape covering this button:
