I have Bluetooth connectivity to mouse, keyboard and speakers. Mouse and Keyboard are both apple. This seems to overwhelm the Bluetooth system as the speakers have a 'stuttery' connection.
If this likely to be the bluetooth set up in Chromebook per se, the speakers or am I simply asking too much of the Chromebook. (ACER CB15 515-HT1)
Suggestions / solutions welcomed

You might have hit the limits of the hardware and Bluetooth protocol. Bluetooth is generally used one high-quality audio device at a time. You can support multiple low bandwidth bluetooth devices, but A2DP demands much more bandwidth per connection.
Normally BT issues is with kernel 3.xx Chromebook, however Acer CB15 515-HT1 has kernel 4.4. It seems that this would improve with furture updates from Google.
Try using a Bluetooth device from another brand and check the issue.

Ive noticed that the issue is when I moving / clicking the Apple magic mouse.
Without buying other Bluetooth devices it is  difficult to test
