Shipped My Predaor back for repair same day as recieved new

My Predator {
 Case ID: ********  Product: ********************* ; G5-793-79SG-US W10HGML64P13/I7-7700HQ/BT/GTX 1060/16G/1TB/8L3.0/17.3
Received laptop and found it to have a bad keyboard right out of the box. Got confirmation from Predator tech to return ship. Label sent to me was refused by FedEx, so I had to pay the full bill for the shipping and the Insurance on the Laptop to send it. Now they say it is repaired, so who pays for return to me shipping and will they pay for the insurance? I need to know now

    So far I am not pleased with the service on my laptop. And the fact I could not insure the laptop for the full value using the Acer shipping label I was sent is a real pain. I expect the returned item to be in perfect shape or some one at Acer will be replacing the machine with a new one at their cost, not mine
