Hi everyone, I have bought this laptop but the ram is 2gig, I have 8 gig ram that to install into the laptop but i see no extra ram ports, can one upgrade the ram at all

    Could you be more specific on the laptop model number - it will help to answer precisely. if not - please visit www.crucial.com, run the scan given on the site. It will help you to find how many slots are in the laptop, how much memory can each hold and what type of RAM you can buy.

    This model supports maximum memory size of 4 GB only and it is soldered into the motherboard.
