I own a "Predator G5-793", I've own it for a few months. A few days ago, my PC's temperatures and fan speeds started skyrocketting... My temps are 88 for CPU and 76 for GPU and fanspeeds are over 4200... what could be going on? Honestly I'm scared.

Don't be. Those temps, believe it or not, are actually quite common. If you give a look around here you will find more than one ACE telling you that a temp under 95 is actually ok.

IF you want to lower those temps, give a look to the topic at the top, you will find a link to Throttlestop and instructions on how to undervolt, that will lower temps with zero impact on performance (performance will be better, really).

If you are unconfortable with the idea of undervolting... well, say it and maybe there is something else to do. But really, have a look at the post on top about temperatures and FAQs, it will help.
