Hi everyone, i've problem with audio output when connecting to external speakers or headset.
When i'm connecting it external speakers or headset then notification that which way audio will route to then i choose speaker out for speakers output and headset for headset.
The problem is when i try to change route for headset to speaker out or headphone then audio out will be change to mono not stereo and it'll be same if i change route to headphone for headset sound will out as mono.

And i've some problem with external speaker too when i set output route to headphone or speaker out, sound will change to mono but it'll change to stereo when i change output route to headset and it'll same like headset or other output that i plug in 3.5mm jack audio.

So why audio out is change to mono by itself when i choose audio route to headphone or external speakers?

Thank you ...

If this seems to happen only sometimes but not all the time, it's more likely a software bug than a hardware problem. So if it were my e5, I would wait for audio driver software updates to appear on the ACER site for your e5 model at this link https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/7374?b=1 Jack E/NJ

Thank you for your suggestions sir!, it seems this one is fixing my problem. I already buy a new jack audio cable with 3.5mm to prevent error from that cable but it still same error, so i change driver with that acer realtek driver.

After reboot it still give notification about where audio to route and it set as stereo automatically for headset option and other else (I'm test it again with external speakers and headset) , i don't know why this problem can be happen. I'm only get audio drivers from windows update cause i'm accidentally uninstall original realtek driver that already installed before.

So i think this problem come from driver, but i don't know too.
