Hi,

I'm deciding to upgrade my laptop's SSD. It only has one slot though since the socket for the other slot is not there and the one available is probably the smaller 2280 type. Is this slot NVMe compatible? NVMe 1.3 PCIe Gen 3.0 x4? or just M.2 SATA? Also what is the maximum capacity of this slot? Finally, any recommended ssd for this model?

Thanks for answering

    Hi AnimeFan07

Predator G9-593 notebooks with GTX1060 graphics chip, models only contain ONE SSD slot. The mainboards for this model intentionally did not include a second SSD connector. The form factor is M.2. The maximum storage capacity is 256GB and interface revision is 3.0

Compatible SSD drive is SAMSUNG model # MZVPV256HDGL of size 256GB.
