In continuation of this thread: https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/534951/acer-predator-g9-593-buzzing-noise-coming-from-speakers-under-full-load-with-video/

So I understood that buzz sound is not because of load, but because of heat. I disassembled my laptop, took a hairdryer and started heating different elements. And after heating this one:

I'm getting buzz sound really fast. As it colds down, buzz sound disappears. So I'm 100% sure that the cause of BUZZ is overheating of this chip or smth near it, maybe on the other side of the board. What's that is? Why it's not covered by the cooling system?

Okay, it's a South Bridge chip. How it is connected with sound system?

Probably coil whine. Very common. Not necessarily coming from the sound system but from mainboard's small chokes, inductors, & transformers that actually vibrate depending frequency & power they're subjected to. Not much you can do about it except to change  to a more modest power plan  instead of hiperf or maxperf. Jack E/NJ
