My old amd 8320 stay in low loads 60-80%...

Is it sustained usage at 100%? That's not normal.
Mine is a 7700 and on Ghost Recon Wildlands CPU is normally at 40-60 percent. Low loads is about 0-30%.

Check to see if Windows is updating in the background.
Also, if you do not use search too much, disable windows Search service. This pumps up idle loads trying to index all the files in all drives.

Hi, i78750 can go up to 4.1 ghz on single core and 3.9 on all 6 cores when under pressure.
Thing is that it throttles to lower frequency under load.
Its power throttling, we need to either wait for updated power management from acer or wait til someone finds a way to disable power throttling, because i have no idea how to do it myself.
For this model (i have same one) its normal to go as low as 3.2 ghz on all cores durning 100% usage but it should only happen with either stress test benchmark or some VERY cpu demanding programs, not with gaming.
I dont own B1 but with W3 my cpu stayed with 3.8ghz on all cores with 60% usage (dont remember how exactly much it was) so battlefield shouldnt stress cpu this much.
    This is not normal.
Does in other games your cpu hits 100%? If not then this may be B1 releated problem, if yes something is wrong with your pc.
    Have you disabled killernotworking services?
On my old laptop this program alone was able to use up to 90% of cpu lol
Check in task manager if it indeed is this game that is using so much cpu.

It shows me that the game uses 68% of the cpu, but yesterday I reinstalled the local disk and now it is going much better because it was loading and lagging, a lot of programs work, and the gaming processor works at 80% but still does not exceed 3.2 Mzh  Battlefield 1
Now i have more performers- FPS in every game... but must killernotworking services and more programmes closed!

Yes... Most of the times, the non turbo max speed itself suffices. Plus turbo on for a few moments adds more processing on momentary basis. I haven't seen any system 100% for a task at full turbo for extended periods of time, unless you used your laptop for running some server under perpetual load.
