I have my laptop for about 6 months or so. For the first 5 month it was just fine performance  was good and I was pretty happy about it. Now I get power limit throttling and thermalt throttling (when i load a game like overwatch i get after 1 minute 95°on my gpu). And I wanted to ask if i could fix it or I need to send it to the warranty. I also tried undervolting but nothing is changing

You can, they will reapply the thermal paste and check if that resolves the problem, I would suggest you to send it to repair as it is still in warranty and not fiddle with it on your own.
    BElieve in YOUrself.
