Was this notification from your McAfee or Anti-Virus? This looks like a computer's name connecting to your WiFi router. A common notification will be sent to the active device is someone logs into your WiFi router and McAfee and some AV tends to notify its users of the same.

    Do this:

Type CMD and inside the command prompt, type /ipconfig

You will get a default gateway which will look like 192.168.1.xx or something similar. Type this default gateway IP on your browser's URL (where you type https)

You will now access the default gateway page. You will be prompted for a Username and password. Type admin and password or admin and admin. If this combination works, you will access your router page. There must be a tab where you can track who is connected to your network. If you cannot find this or have problems accessing your router page, contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to help you change your router password.

Next time, set up a healthy and tough password. Cheers m8!
    BElieve in YOUrself.

    hi

    thanks for replying

this was not from antivirus, instead this was a warning that came from my isp monitoring app on my phone

the name of device with new connection was not at all like my laptop name, so i paused the unknown device connection by using the isp phone app, and guess what?, it blocked my acer laptop (which i've used a zillion times with this wifi), so that's why i pulled up the device manager on the laptop to see what internal device might be trying to connect, but in the device manager list, i couldn't find any devices named LiteonXX-xxx

so i did some searching and found a thread that seems to suggest that it might be the charger that is connecting:
