Ram and Batterry Issue

Hi, 
I have a Acer Predator Helios 300 Model G3-571-77QK
Yesterday it just Freeze and I forcefully shut it down 
After that it just wont open the light is continually blinking and nothing
I have managed to open the laptop but only one ram is working on one slot that same ram is not working on other slot also the other ram not working in both slot 
One more my battery status is fully its also charging but when i unplug it the laptop shutdown what to do?

    Hi,
    You could try a battery reset, switch off the laptop, disconnect from mains, follow the instructions in the video, leave the laptop to rest for a while before starting again.

    Thanks for the reply but i already done that 3-4 times but still no luck...:( 
    Battery is charging still but turned of when charger is plugged off 
    also any knowledge of why only one ram is working on one slot that same ram is not working on other slot also the other ram not working in both slot

    It could be the faulty connectors or motherboard, if you are within the warranty period, please contact Acer support centre in your region and get it fixed.

    Yes, I have warranty Its brand new I still have 438 days left on warranty but the problem is I am from Pakistan and there is no Acer support centre here
    I Shipped it from America. I know I did the most stupid thing but still help, whats should I do?
    Do I lose warranty if I open it and check internal battery myself?
