Do you have a particular reason for trying to clean? How old is the laptop?
You need a Static-Free Mat, Lint-Free Cloth,  compressed air — also known as canned air.
    >>>YOu can clean a laptop fan using compressed air without openign the laptop, If you're not confident using a screwdriver to dismantle your laptop, grab a can of compressed air or try a camera lens air duster if you have one.
    >>>You can also clean a fan by opening up your laptop, turn off your laptop, flip it over, and remove the battery, if possible. If you can access the fan, use a small brush to remove any dirt and dust. If you use compressed air, don't get too close with the nozzle and be sure to stop the blades moving. You'd do well to unscrew and remove the fan at this point and check for any other dirt underneath it which could be clogging up the heatsink or air vents.
    Warning
Never remove hardware from the computer unless you have knowledge of the computer's working parts. Also, never use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust; the machine could cause static discharge that could damage sensitive hardware, even if the laptop is not connected to a power source.

You may carefully try the above mentioned instruction to clean the fan.
If the temperatures are not normal, you can manage to decrease the temperatures a little by undervolting the CPU with Throttlestop. Another thing you can do is to increase the height of your laptop by adding felt pads under feet to raise height by about an inch (on 4 corners only). Also, use a cooling pad or an external usb fan should help.

I'm using a flat wooden table and my temps are so high in every games I play. Im getting 95C temps both gpu and cpu. I think my gpu is the one who rises up the temps. Because I tried stress testing my cpu and it only gets to 65C. I did undervolting already.

The best thing to lower you temperature is to apply an undervolt via ThrottleStop. Undervolting your CPU is safe in the sense that you can't break anything by it. The only thing thatundervolting should do is to lower the voltage and lower your laptops temp.
