"Something had happened, we couldn't install some features"

If this is the exact wording of the message, it suggests either a server downloading error (not your machine) or some features are being blocked by a non-Microsoft anti-virus or anti-malware scanner. If the latter, I suggest that you uninstall, not just disable, these non-Microsoft scanners as Windows Defender is all you really need these days.  A word of caution, however ---- some of these optional features, like optional Win10 updates, can actually result in degraded performance. Accordingly, if it was my machine, I'd resist the temptation to install them unless they were a feature that I really understood and needed. Jack E/NJ

The message appears every time after the message that says something like "We are installing some features" appears. I guess this is enough to explain the situation
