Hi all, have a good day.
I am having a problem with acer A715-71G
When my bios was in version 1.10, I installed supervisor password (XXXXXXXXX) in Acer Fingerprint and enabled Pre-boot Authentication. But when I updated my bios to version 1.13, I was stuck at BIOS security (enter current password). I can not use the password I installed (XXXXXXXXX) to unlock. I tried resetting the BIOS with JCMOS1 but it only allowed me to log into windows. And when I reboot and tried F2 to enter the BIOS, it still asks for the password to unlock . Someone please help me to delete BIOS Password.
