This pc was built 2013-08-26.

Originally Windows 7 Pro was installed.

Last year I upgraded it to Windows 10.

I hate Windows 10.

I want to restore back to Windows 7 Pro.

I created three (3) "Acer Recovery" disks when I first got this pc.

How do I restore this pc back to what it was out of the box?

Thanks!

Hi, As you have created Recovery Media Backup disks, using them you can reload the OS and bring the computer back to day one settings. Please follow the below steps to reload OS using RCD's.
    1. Power off your computer. In case the system is not equipped with a built-in optical drive, connect an external USB optical drive before powering on the system.
    2. Power on your computer. When the first logo screen shows, press repeatedly the F12 key to enter the Boot menu. On some systems, you may need to enable the boot menu before you can access it. Following the support article https://us.answers.acer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3182 , you can enable the boot menu.
    3. Use the arrow keys to select your optical drive.
    4. Insert the disc labelled System CD in the optical drive and press ENTER. The system will load from the Acer Recovery Media.
    5. After the system recovery program has loaded follow the prompts to reinstall the operating system

    Thank you for your suggestion.

I have already tried everything you've suggested and the link you provided
refers to a notebook or laptop.  I have a desktop.

Following are various screenshots to further describe my situation:

Following are the contents of the Acer Restore Disks I created when I first got my pc:

Last, here is the error message when I attempt to restore:

The restore disk says the system must be in UEFI mode.

How do I set my BIOS to UEFI ?

Please direct me to where I will find the UEFI setting in my BIOS
per the BIOS screenshots provided above.

Or is there something wrong with my Recovery disks?

    Many thanks!
