Game loading times are really high.

The problem is as said on the title nothing more to describe.
When the game like Rainbow Six Siege or PUBG is loading from the HDD it takes a lot of time, when I load the same game from an external HDD it takes less time.
Any solution as in how can I improve my loading speeds? Lowering the graphics does improve the speed however, on another laptop of the same model I have seen the game loading faster.
And I cannot store the games on SSD as it's just 128GB.

Your HDD partitions... if you have any partitions on it, set the first partition for games. Innermost partitions read/write faster than outer ones on conventional HDDS.

Try DL'ing Defraggler. In Options - Defrag - Set large files to end of drive, run defrag   If the HDD is fragmented performance suffers, large files to the end of the drive allows faster access.
