This company refuses to say that an acer is defective to return the full amount when the computer clearly is not running any software and is maxing out the CPU
I have always loved acer and never had problems like this on any of there computers but according to this company this is just par for them.

that the product is damaged the CPU is reaching 100 and took 4hrs to download Google chrome Please reply directly to the customer with updates as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to waive the restocking fee. After the  inspection by our technician, the item is opened and used. And per our return policy, 15% restocking fee will be applied for any non-defective item. Since the item is returned as opened condition, the restocking fee cannot be waived.  Thanks for your understanding.Correct this item was open and used, but it was returned for being defective. A computer should not run at full used CPU when there is nothing running fresh out of the box. A return was setup and pictures were sent to you and confirmed that's why a shipping label was sent out to us. I would like the restocking fee returned, If you need the pic or any of the original emails with your customer service and newegg Pls let me know. But to state it again this was returned for having a defect on the computer directly form you. Dear customer, We truly understand that you want the restocking fee refund. But in this case, our RMA department did a trouble shooting, and verified the item is non-defective, that's why we charge you restocking fee. Thanks for your understanding.
