Aspire 3 A315 21G 2GB Dedicated VRAM underutilized?

When I open up task manager and look at both the GPU 0 (Link 0) AMD Radeon(TM) R5 Graphics and GPU 1 (Link 0) AMD Radeon(TM) 520 under the performance tab, the listed dedicated GPU Memory are 80MB while the Shared GPU Memory are 1.9GB for both Links. The advertised AMD Radeon(TM) 520 is 2GB Dedicated VRAM, did I misunderstood?
But when I look at the Generic PnP Monitor and AMD Radeon(TM) R5 Graphics Properties, The Total Available Graphic Memory is 2114MB, Dedicated Video Memory of 128MB, 0 System Memory and 1986MB of Shared System Memory. I am confused.

Also during playing games, I noticed that for both Links, dedicated graphic which are only 80MB are used instead the larger 2GB Shared Memory.

Please help me understand.

Shouldn't my AMD Radeon 520 also be listed? I have set the Switchable graphic to Maximize Performance for both on battery and On-Plug

    The replies are:
Q: I have set my settings to maximize performance in the amd settings which should set my dedicated graphic as the default graphic.
Furthermore, based on screenshots shared across acer website on switchable graphic on laptop. The dedicated memory on my GPU link 1 supposed to be 2gb. Please clarify.

A: Hi, We have checked from other device, it shows the same as yours. It is because that in the normal loop operation, your device will use the integrated graphics as the primary graphics to run. Then, the dedicated graphics will be used only during operations that requires more graphics/memory.
Meanwhile, since you said that the dedicated graphics as default, we strongly suggest to restore it back to the original setup as we worry that your display may fail because of that setup. It may be forced to work on the dedicated graphics even if it does not need it.

    Q:
When you checked on other devices, both gpu link 0 and gpu link 1 showed 80 mb dedicated and 1.9gb shared memory? Same as the screenshot i ve sent earlier? Would you mind sharing yours?

A: We have counter-checked and confirmed with our technician regarding this matter. We have confirmed that the graphics for your device is integrated, which means it is built-in together with the CPU. The dedicated memory you see (80MB) is provided by the Ryzen processor of AMD. It will automatically adjust to how much memory that your system needs.

I tested my 520 and nothing happened, and when I went to see the R5 it was the one being tested, so this pc is a steal.
