I have roblem with support (Slovakia).

Hey,
I was writing with some Slovak/Czech tech and he wasn't helping at all I send some mail with more information but I can't be sure he contacted his boss so only I can see is service mail. Can somebody tell me where or how could I contact some higher positioned people?
