What has happened to customer service?

I had a question about my Acer U27-880 that I couldn't seem to find the answer to online so I decided to use Acer's LiveChat.  I had the displeasure of chatting with Adan A. who kept asking me unnecessary questions like he was stalling or trying to keep me busy (a typical tactic when someone doesn't know how to answer the question) in the meantime I suddenly found the answer on another site so I told him what I had found and his response was that he already knew that but was waiting to tell me until after I jumped through all of his hoops.  Are you freaking kidding me?  I copied the entire chat session and good luck trying to ask for a supervisor because he got even snottier and directed me to their 1800# which means you'll get nowhere.  I soooo regret buying this computer not because I don't like it, in fact, I do like it but I hate ACER!!!
