I purchased this laptop on the 13th of March 2018 and after a few weeks sound issues appeared. After 30 minutes or so the sound is very crackly with or without headphones. The only way to get rid of the crackling is to restart the machine. I have tried updating the sound drivers but same issue. Any ideas what is causing this and what can be done to fix the issue ?
