Should I undervolt my GTX 1050TI for lower temperatures?

I have an Aspire 7. It generates  a LOT of heat while playing so the chassy gets super hot.

I've already undervolted the CPU and gained C 5 degrees lower temps.

But when it's around C 28 in my room it still goes up to 80 degrees or more. Sometimes reaches 90.

It is okay to undervolt but it will affect your gaming performance. Why not simply add a fan or give it a more cooler environment? Well, if you are not seeing much difference during this undervolt process, it is safe to say that you will just get performance issues but again, we can consider this situation as technical bottleneck.

High temp - Lower GPU life.
Low temp - Lower GPU life due to undervolt.

So do not reduce the volts drastically.

Yes, I can Play WarThunder with maxed out settings without problem..
atleast the FPS stays at 60 most of the time

before tweaking the FPS sometimes drops to 45-50 fps at critical places *with a lot of objects/draw distance map

In my case quite severe overclocking (if I remember correctly it was a curve with about 1800 mhz from 925 mV flat and at least +500 MHz for the memmory) resulted with just a few more fps in unigine heaven (like 4-7) and a bit higher temps, so I decided it's not worth pushing the GPU for that kind of outcome.
