Philippine support not responsive

Where else can I file a complaint regarding against Acer service center in the Philippines? Service center itself is lazy and acer support is not responsive to emails.

    Sorry to hear bout your experience, just to clarify, the Acer Forum Discussions were designed as a peer to peer support community where Acer users help other Acer users. This community is not a direct portal to Customer service, although you will notice that some Acer employees interact with members here.

    Acer does not ship recovery disc with the computer. Your computer is shipped with a recovery partition to create the recovery disc once you purchase the computer. 

    Please send a private message to Acer-Manny with the serial number of your device so that they can check the case notes and help you address your concerns.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with warranty/service center. Let me just clarify, the Acer Community (Forum Discussions), were designed as a peer to peer support community where Acer users help other Acer users with their questions or troubleshooting inquiries.

     

    This community is not a direct portal to Customer Service, Acer employees may read the various topics posted here and you will notice that some Acer moderators may interact with members when appropriate. (case by case basis).

     

    But primarily the community is a place where members can exchange their own advice, ideas, articles with knowledge and troubleshooting techniques etc. The Acer community is not design for direct customer support, case status, complaints, part requests/ orders or sponsorship/donations request, please use the appropriate channel/sources for your particular request.
