Has anyone been able to successfully use a GT 1030(low profile) in the Acer TC-780-ACKi3?

My pc is working flawlessly, without this gpu in it. After inserting the gpu: 90% of the time the pc won't even power on, the fan just spins for a second or two. The other 10%, is when the pc will power on with the gpu inserted(even the gpu's fan spins). However, device manager will not recognize the gpu, so I can't even install the drivers for the GT 1030. Plugging in the HDMI cord into the gpu will cause the monitor to enter sleep mode. If the pc runs with the gpu inside and then I shutdown/restart the pc, nothing will power on.

Any help will be very appreciated!

IIRC that SKU came without a GPU installed and the smaller of the power supplies (200W?). The GT 1030 says it requires a 300W supply, so you are likely just not putting out enough to run it. Swap the supply out for a 300W or larger and things should work, assuming there's not an actual problem with the card you have on hand.
