Hi, can you help me I have new Acer Aspire A717-71g-75mg and can't fix this:

I try drivers from acer site, from nvidia site, from windows update and nothing.
I really don't know what I can do, maybe to return the laptop?
Someone do you have this problem fixed?

Press and hold the power button till the machine completely shuts off. Then turn it back on and immediately press and hold the ALT key while tapping the F10 key. A recovery screen should appear as in the video below. Choose to reset the system to a factory fresh state as shown in the video. If this doesn't resolve the issue, then yes return the laptop to the vendor for a refund or exchange since ACER warranty repairs will probably take longer. Jack E/NJ
