    >>Try to perform a simple power reset and check the issue. Shutdoew the laptop. Disconnect the charger. Please check for a battery reset PIN hole at the bottom of the device. The reset hole would have a battery symbol next to it. Insert a paperclip into the hole and press for four seconds. Let the computer sit for 5 minutes with no power. Reconnect the charger and power On the laptop.

    >>It might be that Windows does backup or hard drive scans while the power cord is plugged in, so look into back up management too see if there's something there. You could try booting the computer in fail safe mode to minimize the programs loaded and see if the problem persists.

    >>Also, try this. Go to power options and change the processor cooling policy to Active (if it is passive) in both balanced and in power saving mode and in both On battery and Plugged in options in windows 10.

it doesn't do so. all the programs and services just have 0.1 MB of the hard disk usage

Did this 100% disk usage while charging seem to happen suddenly? Or has it always been this way since you acquired the machine? Jack E/NJ

The only way to fairly rule in or rule out a hardware issue is an ALT+F10 coldboot ACER factory reset outside Windows if you haven't done so already. Jack E/NJ

Not a good sign. If it were mine, I'd probably first remove base cover and pull the battery connector(B) from the mainboard. Then see if the HDD behaved the same way on AC alone.  Jack E/NJ

after i got bored i decided to do a last clean install for windows 10 1709 and it kinda worked and the performance is great now
but the voltage doesn't increase to 19 V which is the voltage written down at rhe charger and the back of my laptop
is that normal or not? and if it's not how can i increase it to 19 V
    and thanks for the help

when the charger is plugged in it gives me a maximum voltage like the picture
and when it's not it decreases by about 0.5-0.7 V

What is the power(watts, W) or current(amperes, A) rating on the charger's label? Jack E/NJ

That's the small 65-watt adapter for the 573G. A 90-watter is also used. But if the performance is OK now with no other issues other than the voltage drop under load, I'd leave it alone for now and see how it goes. Jack E/NJ
