How do I report an issue to Acer? (Windows Update 1803 still won't install)

Hello,
Maybe someone here could help with where to turn for Acer customer support.

I have a recently bought Acer Nitro laptop that for some reason is unable to install the April 2018 Update 1803. The suggested measures (https://us.answers.acer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/55337) don't solve the issue even though my Nitro AN515-31 should support this update according to Acer (https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/windows10-april-2018-update).

How do I turn to Acer for help? It seems a simple form to post an issue or a support email address is nowhere to be found. There is this forum, which hardly seems like the "official" place to be in contact with Acer. There is some "Repair My Acer" service that would require me to physically send my laptop somewhere to be fixed -- but I don't want to send it somewhere. I just want to report it and then be informed of when they think a solution will be available.

Can anyone here help me with this issue either directly or direct me to where I can issue my complaint?

Thank you! :)

    All,

I am not happy about what I am about to report.  I purchased two Acer Predator 15 Gaming Laptop, Core i7, GeForce GTX 1070, 15.6" Full HD G-SYNC, 16edGB DDR4, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD, G9-593-71EH $1,700 each).  I had to return them both to Amazon within a week becuase they ended up having defects.  The first one...  one of the laptop lid lights on the right on the side of the log stopped working within 3 days of use. I retured it and immadiately ordered a new one.  I had the second one for about a week.  My wife asked me to hand the laptop. I unplugged the laptop from the power source, and it immidately shut down on a fully charged battery. I called support... they had me reset the laptop, but that didn't work either (it did run fine) pluigged in.  I told support both times that I would not going to send the laptops in for warranty repair after having them for less than a week. I had owned an Acer years ago, and loved the laptop back them. I loved the Predator 15, but the laptops should not have failed this soon.  I will not order a 3rd laptop, becuase I am conerned with Acer's quality control.  They can send me a replacement to test, but I will not immidately go out and buy any Acer products unless Acer reistablishes my confidence.
