    (1) What was the factory-installed Windows version? (2) What Windows version is on it now? (3) Is the BIOS firmware still original? Jack E/NJ

    >>> i can't enter bios or load bootable usb drive>>>

Try this. Press and hold power button for 5 seconds or more till the machine completely shuts off. Then turn it back on and ***immediately*** start tapping the F2 key to try to enter the BIOS menu --- don't wait for the ACER boot logo screen to appear.

OK. Let's skip the BIOS for the moment. Was your bootable stick GPT or MBR partitioned? Jack E/NJ

A Win7 installation would've been from an MBR FAT32 stick. A UEFI bootstrap won't see that stick. UEFI will only see a GPT FAT32 stick. Jack E/NJ

OK. I'm guessing that you have a UEFI bootstrapper and that your HDD was originally GPT-partitioned EXT4-formatted. I'm not sure if the HDD is still GPT after your attempt to install Win7 failed.  So, if you want to try to re-install a Linux distribution, it must be done from a GPT-partitioned FAT32-formatted USB pendrive so that it will appear in the boot manager. So if I install bootable usb linux GPT-partitioned FAT32-formatted with rufus  It will be ok?

You must make sure that the Linux installation iso that you use on the GPT FAT32 pendrive is for installing Linux on an empty GPT partition HDD. From where are you downloading the Linux installation iso? Jack E/NJ

Let's try a different approach with trying to enter the BIOS. Turn the machine completely off. The press and hold the F2 key before turning it back on. Then while still holding the F2 key, turn the machine back on. If it still bypasses the BIOS menu, then I think it might be time to open the machine and remove the CMOS coin cell, short out its mainboard terminals, and hope the BIOS resets itself to a default state.
