Hard dirve corrupt.

Recently bought a new A315-51Z a not even after a month the hard drive is corrupt or wont work anymore. All my files a already in there. Is it possible to recover my files from the service centre without any charges.

    Sorry to say but i don't think the service center guys would recover files even if paid. However, since you mentioned you can see the files. You can create Linux one time boot disc using USB drive. This would not install the OS but allows you to see all your files and helps to recover files to an external drive. 

    Trust me even if you take it to local stores this the first thing they would do and you would have to pay money for something that you could have done it for free. I had this experience in the past.. :)
