Send the data from wireless sensor to Acer BYOC

Well Acer cloud professor is one of best way to approach for learners new to the field IOT
and I need to know, how can we send the data IOT based wireless sensor data to Acer's BYOC platform?
I am searching for tools to design a dashboard tracker which display the data of sensor in my acer laptop through web browser and display the data on Smartphone using web application,
Also wanted to save the live tracker in spreadsheet tables and save it in cloud database.
Designing the application for IOT devices is new to me, please suggest the best way to make it functional
