Hello,
So, I have an acer aspire 6930G, and one day, it just stopped working altogether. The charger indicator does light up when I plug the charger in, but when I press the on button, it just doesn't turn on at all. I've tried taking out the battery and holding the button for 30-45 seconds before plugging it back in and putting the battery in, but the laptop still doesn't turn on. I hope that this is resolved quickly as I do really need a laptop or computer of some sort.
Thanks.

Maybe we should thinking this as a display problem over charging problem? I suggest you to connect the laptop to a HDMI and that might fix the problem, would you like to try that maybe?

Perhaps you can wait for others' input but try performing an Internal Battery Reset: https://us.answers.acer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/34843/~/acer-internal-battery-reset

If that doesn't help, it is safe to say that you should contact Acer or local tech for help.

my laptop has a removable battery and no battery reset hole. I did try contacting acer, but I think they need a serial number, but I can't find mine on the laptop, and I cant turn on my laptop to find it that way.
