Acer Predator helios 300 G3-572 gaming laptop crashes games unexpectedly

Recently i brought the Acer predator helios 300 G3-572 gaming laptop which is giving me a serious problem.

I was playing Assassins creed origins and the game unexpectedly crashed without any error messages.

I didnt have this problem for the first few weeks when i brought the laptop.

The game ran smoothly without any lag, or crashes, but recently the game is crashing within 2 min of starting the game.

I have heard the same problem from a friend of mine who has the same laptop.

Im pretty sure that this particular problem is specific to acer predator laptops.

Im not able to fix this problem.

The temperatures are pretty normal while gaming

CPU ranges around 75-80 degree celcius

GPU ranges around 65-70 degree celcius

CPU- Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7300HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz

GPU- Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

OS- Windows 10

I have the same issue, i have the helios 300 g3 with gtx1060... and it is only the ACO that crashes in my list of games.

I faced this issue on mine when playing Ghost Recon Wildlands... laptop screen would go black and not respond from there. I was able to resolve this by installing Windows 7. With windows 10, no matter what i did, it didn't seem to help much.

Update: I installed a Microsoft site downloaded Windows 10, instead of Acer bundled one. And since then no black screen when playing Ghost Recon wildlands. ***touchwood***
