I'm using acer predator helios 300 i7 7700hq. when i play games like nfs payback, gta 5 etc... my cpu temperature hits around 93 to 97 degree within 20 mins of playing. is it bad for my laptop?... if it is then what are the solutions for it? is undervolting helps to reduce temperature? Will undervolting voids warranty?

No, warranty will be void only if you open your laptop

Yes & no as very much depends on the terms & conditions, personally I wouldn't worry about it and I always  undervolt my notebooks.

This is incorrect - how else would you be expected to upgrade your memory and/or SDDs?

In Australia the warranty will become void if the upgrades aren't completed by an approved Acer representative. I just did this to swap out my Liteon 128GB SSD to a WD Black NVMe 512 SSD and put the original into an external enclosure. Acer make a note of the upgrades and work done so no loss of warranty even on my Liteon Drive
