I finally got my audio problem fixed, but today when I logged into my Spin5, there is NO CURSOR visible anywhere. Any suggestions?  All the settings say it is working properly, but it isn't. I've had so many problems already on this new computer I'm about ready to return it and get another brand.

If these have been mainly Win10 driver software issues, all the brands are having issues. I think you'll likely be trading an ACER set of issues for another mfr's set of issues. Win10 is quite unlike previous versions due to Microsoft's new and unimproved life cycle policies.

However, if you've truly got hardware problems that aren't being fixed by software updates, you probably got a lemon and should to return it to the vendor for a refund or something else.

The server in this case is likely the shopping site itself denying access. Maybe holiday maintenance. Try another shopping site that you use. Jack E/NJ

Press WinKey + R. Enter main.cpl. Adjust pointers and its options for better visibility. Jack E/NJ

I called the Acer support number and we actually had to reinstall/download the cursor/mousepad again, and even after that I had to reset the computer via the pinhole on the bottom of the machine.  I have no idea how it had disappeared, or why my audio device (input/output) had disappeared completely the day before. I'm all set for the time being, but have been quite frustrated with this new laptop. I had never had an Acer before, and so far it's not my favorite. Thanks for your suggestion, however.

On another note, the Hello fingerprint option only worked one time for each fingerprint, and after that it says it doesn't recognize me, so I always have to login with my password. No biggie, but why have a feature that doesn't work??

How long have you had this thing? If possible, I'd return it to the vendor for a refund or replacement ASAP. An ACER warranty repair will likely take longer. Jack E/NJ

Two months. I have one more month to see if I'm now satisfied with it, if not I can return for a full refund. Today all is well :+1:

I really appreciate all your responses, but I really don't know if it's a software or hardware issue. My new problem today is when I tried to access a shopping site that I've used many times before and even ordered from last night, now I can't get in because I get the message: "Access Denied. You don't have permission to access (this website url) on this server".  What is my server? Is it through my computer, my internet (Spectrum), my modem/router?? I already reset my router, so have no idea what this means. Soooo frustrating.

Thanks. You have put my mind at ease. All other sites at this point seem to be fine. I was afraid something had infected my laptop, but I had done a thorough system scan and all appears fine.  Thanks again for all your helpful responses. :)
