Hello,
I own an Aspire V 15 nitro-Black Edition Acer laptop and recently it has started to have an issue. It is very weird because it functions well when it is plugged in, but when it's not, it suddenly stops working and if I try to turn it in back, it doesn't work unless it's plugged in again. The same issue I had a month ago when I thought that buying a licence for windows would help. I bought it but again.. after one month of working properly it has started to do it again. If I try to use it in my bed, it stops working and for some reasons I asociate that with movements because almost everytime I move it or put preassure on it(when unplugged), it stops working.

Please try a simple power reset. Disconnect the charger. Please check for a battery reset PIN hole at the bottom of the device. The reset hole would have a battery symbol next to it. Insert a paperclip into the hole and press for four seconds. Let the computer sit for 5 minutes with no power. Reconnect the charger, boot into windows and shutdown again and check the device on battery power.
Also, check for loose screws at the bottom casing.
