Hi, I can't watch youtube on my laptop acer helios 300 without it freezing

I got myself a new acer helios 300, and it's great, but everytime I go to youtube and try to play a video, it freezes, and I can't even quit the video with esc or alf+f4, I have to open task manager and terminate the process. Is this a common problem? How can I fix it?

I also notice if I have google chrome with many tabs could freeze too my lab.0 -
