Hi everyone,
Last month I bought a new Laptop and I haven't had any problems except for an issue with the audio and another issue with the HDMI.
Firstly, the audio issue:
  • I'm using my Laptop as usual, coding, listening to music or watching videos and all the sudden, the audio saturates and I understand that that's a driver issue, but I have the last version of the driver and in order for me to fix this, I have to restart my Laptop.
Now the issue with the HDMI:
  • When I'm playing videogames, normally I do it without any problems and everything works just fine. But, when I connect my Laptop to an external display, such as my Smart TV via HDMI, I'm playing a videogame and it stop working and closes itself. I think it might be an issue with the video driver?
So, any ideas or someone that has already experienced similar problems?

Best regards!

Try uninstalling the audio driver, reboot, and let Windows try to automatically search for and install the best driver. As for the video games, seems more like your TV screen might not be capable of handling the same game resolutions and refresh rates as the laptop screen is capable of. Jack E/NJ

Thanks for the reply! I'll try to do that, but as for the TV, I would find that quite odd, because the TV is new and Full HD but it still may be possible.

OK. Check the resolution and refresh specs on the TV and what the game uses. The image below shows what your GPU and laptop screen are capable of. Even a new high priced TV would be hardpressed to match all those kinda numbers!  :) Jack E/NJ
