How to remove the Raid 1 setup created by Intel Rapid Storage Technolgy

As I start the pc their is a notification from irst and I enabled it, but then my D drive is used as a recovery drive and has 800gigs of unallocated space, with 150gigs of my data.
Please help me in removing the raid 1 storage solution.
Also in boot my SATA type is RAID and rst with optane

    You should be able to delete a RAID 1 mirror without losing data if the RAID 1 volume is the only volume on the array or the first volume in a matrix RAID configuration.
    Data loss can occur if the RAID 1 volume is the second volume in a matrix RAID configuration. ALWAYS backup your data before touching RAID. 
    After you delete a RAID 1 volume or reset the hard drive members of the RAID 1 volume to non-RAID, you can access your data with one of the following options:
    If the RAID 1 volume has an operating system, boot to either of the hard drives.
    If the RAID 1 volume does not have an operating system, access your files on either of the hard drives from Windows.

    Please check this video, You should be  able to convert disk 0 to a basic disk and retain all data.
