Hello, I hope someone can help me.  I realize that, according to CyberWorld standards, my Chromebook is probably considered ancient so I hope someone out there is familiar with it.
One problem I'm having is that the "ctrl + c/v" shortcut won't work.  It used to work fine up to about a month ago.  I think I might have done something when I was checking out some of the keyboard shortcuts.  I hardly ever use them as I don't know how to use them.
Also, in Acer's question and answer section here on their website I can't open any of the answers that have been posted.
TIA,
Sookie

If you restart your Chromebook as Guest, do these keyboard shortcuts work? If so, then you have an extension conflict. Go to Settings > Show advanced settings... > Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the [Reset settings] button, which will disable all extensions.

If the issue persists, perform a power wash. A 'Powerwash' is a Factory Reset that is used prior to performing a system recovery. Performing a powerwash will erase all local data.
You can reset your Chromebook to its original factory state from the sign-in screen by pressing Shift + Ctrl + Alt + R and clicking Restart.
