    >> You can also download the Windows Update Troubleshooter, and then select Open or Save in the pop-up window. Select Next and follow the steps in the wizard to find and fix problems with Windows Update.

    >>Also, You can stop this process since your device hardware is not supported, please proceed using these simple steps:
To make changes in startup to disable Windows 10 forced updates, open the Run command by pressing Windows + R. Now, type services.msc and hit Enter. Now, in the list of processes, located the Windows Update service and open it by clicking.
To disable it, under the General tab, find Startup Type and change it to Disable.
Now restart your Windows 10 PC to disable Windows 10 forced updates.
To restart the Windows updates in Windows 10, simply follow these steps and change the Startup Type to Automatic.

Windows 1803 update is temporary suspended on some devices, as it will or may cause errors. After windows fixes these bugs the update will be released again.

Do you have Intel SSD in the laptop?
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
