Still having Charging issues

Hi 

I have had a Acer R11 Chromebook for about 3 weeks now and i am still having charging issues with it.  Basically my issue is this.

When i charge it up i usually turn it off, i dont use the chromebook that much and in the 3 weeks i have had it i have charged it about 3 times.  

So i turn it off and charge untill the light goes blue.  I then swtich the chromebook on (while still charged) and sure enough it shows battery full.  But as soon as i unplug the cable it drops straight down to around 97 or 98 %

I am on the latests OS (66) and i have tried the hard reset (holding refresh and power button whilest turned off etc)

Do people from Acer read these posts? can someone tell me if i have a faulty unit ? when i do a battery health test its 94.84% if that means anything? (surely should be 100% with it being new?)
