The most recent version of the R7-372T Thunderbolt controller available on the Acer Support Site is NVM 18.
For similar Intel NUC chipset devices, the controller is up to NVM 27.
Under Win10, I am unable to get any thunderbolt devices working with the laptop - displays, eGPU, thunderbolt 3 - legacy thunderbolt devices via a converter.

Is there an updated controller available / other fix

    Hi Jack,
No warnings in device manager, everything seems to be properly installed.  Have tried reverting any windows update drivers back to the acer released ones, and still having issues. The main device I'm trying to get working is a BlackMagic UltraStudio Mini Recorder.
Ive tried with both an "Apple Thunderbolt 3 - Thunderbolt Converter" and also a "Cable Matters Thunderbolt 3 - Thunderbolt Converter".

If interconnects/cables check out, then the only way to rule in or rule out hardware issues is to do something you're not gonna be happy with doing. Back up your system. Then do an ALT+F!0 cold boot factory re-set outside of Windows.  Sorry. Jack E/NJ
