I have had this notebook since July 2017, and everything went perfectly, but by mid-April it started shutting itself down without warning, it simply shuts off everything, until the charging light, and having to turn it on again manually. After turning on the keyboard lights they are on even if I have not left it on. Windows does not show any warning after startup.

I would like to know the reason for this problem and how to solve it?

Hello, so I decided to post what solved my problem.

If you check Acer removed the update from bios v1.10, which was generating this problem, on monday 21/05, I updated to v1.11 and until today I'm no problem, which used to appear between one or two hours of use.

    Hi,
You could try a battery reset, after the completion leave the laptop to rest before starting again, follow the instructions in the video.

There is a possibility that this is being caused by windows update 1709, you could try doing a system restore to undo the update if you can see when the update took place OR I would suggest you to call the Acer technical support team and have the issue reported as the unit should be under warranty
