Acer Switch 5, nice temps, what do I do with it?
Hi!
I recently bought a acer switch 5 (the i5 Version) and so far I'm very happy With the results. like the avid tweaker I am the first thing i did after purchase was messing around in xtu undervolting the Device to make the best use of the cooling system. after undervolting and stresstesting the Device, it never once reached above 71 degrees C, and usually sat around 65-67. Now, I am fully aware that I cant use this extra thermal headroom to overclock the cpu, as the chipset intel provides Lockes this away from any non-k model. What should be possible to do is toy around With the iGPU multiplication ratio, but this is locked away, probably by acer themselves on a bois Level. so, here's my question; is there any way to get an unlocked Version of the bios, or other tricks to unlock the multiplication ratio?
Thanks
