I'm on my second CB515-1HT Chromebook in two months.  The first one died and now the second one is doing the SAME EXACT THING.  Here's what happens....I plugged it in when the battery died.  I should be able to boot it up and use it, right?  NO WAY. Not this computer. All I get is a little red battery icon in the middle o the screen with an exclamation point, then it vanishes after about 15 seconds. Then, nothing.  I press the ON button for 3, 4, 5, 10 seconds and nothing happens.  Also, there's no charging light. I've tried several outlets and nothing works. How can this happen with TWO laptops?  I've had an ASUS Chromebook for 4 years and this has never happened.  What's worse, there doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency at Acer to help me find out why.  Basically they just shrug their shoulders and say they don't know what's happening with it.  I'm so angry that I have smoke coming out of my ears right now.  I'll never buy another Acer product.

I'd check the power adapter for the proper output. Mine reads 19.1VDC at the plug.
