Acer Aspire E 15 W key popping off, how do I mount it correctly?

Hello there, everyone. This laptop is still brand new, received it recently via Amazon and I haven't had any issues with it besides the W key on the keyboard popping off if I don't press on it directly in the center.                  A little backstory here is that I haven't had the chance to use this laptop all that much as I haven't been home but my son has gotten plenty of use out of it on World of Warcraft. Evidently, the W key is the key that makes your character go forward, so it found itself some overuse. He's slid it back on, but it doesn't stay on for all that long, and if I tap on the w key with my nail towards the edge of the key, it will pop off on the side opposite of what I tapped. This particular keyboard setting has four metal "pegs" where the key goes and "slots" underneath the key. It doesn't pop on like older keys, and it doesn't have the legs of the key already out to be easily slid onto the pegs like I've seen in videos of recent models of laptops.                      I have contacted customer support to no avail, the man on the telephone insisting it was a software issue when I was quite clear it was a hardware issue and that the W key functions properly when on, but is loosely, and therefore ─ incorrectly mounted.

Thank you in advance for your help, I hope to solve this problem soon if for nothing else than to learn how to mount these new keys. :)

@Lilbitkar unlike older computers keyboard the new generation ones does not allow us to stick back the popped up Key's. to get this corrected the entire keyboard panel has to be replaced. Since, this is a new computer you may contact acer technical support for warranty help.
